Founded in 1987, L.A. Party Rents has been providing top quality rental equipment to the special event industry. We serve event planners, caterers, major corporations, production companies, charities, and many other entities throughout California. We have one of the largest and most comprehensive inventories ever assembled under one roof, to which we are constantly adding to on a regular basis. Each project is assigned to one or more of our highly experienced event coordinators. Since presenting an event can often be overwhelming, our coordinators are available to assist you from beginning to end. They will work on a project from its initial concept and planning through budget development, on-site inspection, supervision of delivery & installation, operations removal, and site restoration. A team of assistants and staff backs our coordinators to ensure that each and every event is exact and uncompromised. L.A. Party Rents offers the additional insurance of stand-by personnel that remain on site during your event to take care of any unexpected needs. All of our coordinators and department managers are available for instant response by cell phones, two-way radios, and pagers. Our talented & bilingual staff is at your disposal 24 hours a day. The right equipment for the right project is L.A. Party Rents' goal. That's why we have a very large inventory of specialty items not offered by any other rental company. All of our equipment is of the highest quality, and many items have been manufactured to our customized specifications. Through our network of contacts and vast expertise in the industry, we are able to help our customers locate unique and hard to find equipment to meet their rental needs.

Our Equipment

Our constant dedication to developing and bringing new products to the market is unsurpassed in our field. We keep over 3,000 different items in stock at our state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot facility. The innovation featured in our diverse inventory, along with precise planning, is our key to ensuring that your event is a success. Because a guest or customer's first impression is always the most important, we maintain, service, and repair our equipment on a regularly scheduled basis through our in-house repair shop. By featuring a large inventory, we can service huge events for 5000 or more guests and still be able to provide the perfect environment for something as simple as an intimate sit down dinner for four. No matter what the size of your event, L.A. Party Rents has the equipment and expertise to make sure it is a memorable one.

Our Services

We believe in utilizing technology in order to save time and money for you…and for us. Planning an event, maximizing space, and identifying potential set-up, operation, and load out problems have all been made simple with our computer diagram service. Multi-colored event layouts are created by our CAD system and experienced event diagram technician. Our office and award-winning showroom are open weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and 8am - noon on Saturday (by appointment). As a convenience to you, someone is always on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you require immediate assistance. As an additional service, our consultants can assist you in obtaining all the necessary permits from the various government agencies concerned with your event. The professional relations between our staff and those agencies guarantees speedy approval for your event permits and layouts. Staying within a budget is the name of the game nowadays. Our consultants will work together with you to provide solutions to any challenges your event may possess.
